1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOWEDDIT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SOWEDDIT is a wedding vendor discovery marketplace that connects couples planning their wedding with vendors offering photography, catering, venues, and other wedding-related services.

3. Vendor Subscriptions

• Vendors subscribe to either the Standard plan (£35/month) or Premium plan (£60/month).
• Each new subscription includes a 30-day free trial. Billing begins after the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide accurate business information and keep listings up to date.
• Vendors are responsible for responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
• Vendors must have the rights to all images and content they upload.
• Vendors are solely responsible for their business operations, contracts, and services delivered to customers.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate enquiry information.
• SOWEDDIT is a discovery platform and does not guarantee vendor availability or service quality.
• Any contract for services is between the customer and the vendor directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise platform security.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Listings and Content

SOWEDDIT reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any vendor listing or content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We do not endorse any vendor and are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor-provided content.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOWEDDIT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Vendors may cancel their subscription and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
